Is your team productive and engaged?

Take our free employee engagement health check to see if you’re set up for success.

Employee engagement is not just a buzzword. Organisations with highly engaged employees experience*:

  • 78% decrease in absenteeism – at a time when an average of 7.8 working days per employee are lost to sickness absence each year in the UK.
  • 21% decrease in employee turnover.
  • 18% increase in productivity.

Yet as few as one in 10 employees feel highly engaged at work and almost a third (31%) are currently looking for a new job – highlighting an employee engagement gap that is impacting on everything from organisational productivity to individual employees’ health and wellbeing.

How the health check works

You’ll be asked a total of 15 questions, each designed to probe how your organisation currently responds to a specific aspect of employee engagement.

For each question, you'll be given four options. You should select the response(s) that reflect how you currently work. If there is no exact fit, select the option that is closest to your current situation. The purpose of the health check is to provide you with insights to help develop your employee engagement approach, so we recommend you are as honest as possible in your responses.

Once you’ve completed all of the health check questions, you’ll receive a personalised analysis of employee engagement within your workplace. This will include an overall score plus a breakdown of results in four key areas based on your responses.

You'll also be given tailored feedback and links to relevant resources to help you move forward.

The health check is completely free and should take you around 5-10 minutes to complete.
